Success at Patchetts for Lauren

Wednesday, May 21st, 2014

Lauren and Cole won today at Patchetts and qualified for the 2nd round Foxhunter and  The Scope Championships in one hit. Drawn 1st in the jump-off, Lauren decided to go for it as she had some good horses following her. She took some tight turns and Cole flew round meaning everyone else had to ‘go for it ‘ to beat her…… they tried but the poles fell!  One very happy Lauren, (and Angela too!)

Lauren took Cole (Concorde Two) to Hartpury yesterday for the Discovery Regional Finals. It was the first time he had been there, it was the most beautiful sunny day and a lovely course to jump. Casanova is doing well in his new home

Wednesday, May 1st, 2013

Lauren went for a jumping lesson yesterday on Cole and we bumped into Cass, her other youngster she sold in October:) He looked well and Cole recognised his half brother and exchanged a whinny. Apparently Cass is jumping very well with his new rider Rowan Willis and will be competing at Windsor next week. He said he has a huge jump and is very ‘bouncy’ …. but when you are over 6ft with the longest of legs ‘bouncy’ is OK!
